Go Big Racing to receive Max Award

It was confirmed last week that Ross Millson (Hamilton, ON) and Paul Glenn (Keene, ON) of Go Big Racing will be the recipients of a Motorcycle Award of Excellence (MAX Award) in the category of International Competition.

The MAX Awards are given out in over 50 categories including Canadian Racing Champions, International Competition, Media, and Sponsorship and are considered Canada's "Motorcycle Oscars". The Max Awards for Racers will be presented on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at the International Motorcycle Supershow. The ceremony will take place at 3:00pm on the Joe Rocket Stage in Hall 4.

Go Big Racing's MAX Award caps off a successful International season competing in the SunTrust Moto-ST Endurance Series in the United States. In the ST Class, Millson and Glenn powered their Summit Gearworks/Infinet Designs Suzuki SV650 to a second overall finish in the six race series that ended with a strong third place finish in the 8 Hours At Daytona race in late October. Go Big Racing finished as the top Canadian team in the ST class.

"We are very excited to receive a MAX Award" commented Millson upon hearing they would be honoured "We had a great season down south thanks to our outstanding crew, sponsors, 8 Hours At Daytona third rider Karl Daigle and want to share this award with everyone involved with Go Big Racing."

The International Motorcycle Supershow will be the second off-season trade-show for the Go Big Racing team after spending last weekend at the Toronto Motorcycle Show speaking with fans and signing autographs. Million's Summit Gearworks/Infinet Designs Suzuki was displayed in the Mosport International Raceway booth along with Go Big Racing Development Team member Steven Nickerson's sport bike. Glenn's International Motorcycle Supershow Amateur 600 Sport Bike Class Canadian Championship winning Suzuki was part of the Inside Motorcycle's Winners Circle Display.
